HDB, you are wrong, cats are NOT nomadic!

These community cats are almost always found within a small territory, especially when they are sterilised. They are not nomadic as claimed by HDB as a reason to ban them in flats. HDB refuses to accept experts' views on its unfounded reasons for the cat-ban and instead stubbornly sticks to its prejudice against cats.

Most of the time, I was sure to find these community cats, in different parts of the island, at the same spots.
