Most of our "strays" were born in homes of human

Most of the community cats were born in homes of human.
However for some lame excuses, they were dumped downstairs in the belief that some unseen forces would take care of them.
The unseen forces certainly did nothing to stop AVA from killing 13,000 cats every year!
The unseen forces have not stopped some town councils' property officers from activating their pest controllers to round up cats to be killed at the AVA in response to feedback about cats, automatically labelled as "cat nuisance", without investigating the validity of the complaints.

Some unscrupulous pest controllers would even trap cats from elsewhere so as to collect remuneration. After all the cats cannot speak and complain at the AVA that they are not from the vicinity of the complaint!

Some town councils' property officers would ask the estate cleaners to relocate the cats to another part of the estate or even to remote parts of the island, so that the disappearance of the community cats could not be traced by caregivers as AVA would have no records of the cats!
These officers can then "buah bodoh" when caregivers call up the town council to find out about the whereabouts of the missing cats.

So PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE...NEVER ABANDON YOUR HOME CATS!

Have them sterilised so that there will not be a burden of too many cats to care for.

Keep them indoor so that your neighbours will not complain or you will be asked to "remove" your cats!
