Lives of community cats: Koon-Rajah and Koon-King

They are likely to be siblings and were neutered at the same time some years ago.
Koon-Rajah has chronic eye and nasal discharge since the day he was neutered. Because of his poor constitution, his growth is stunted, compared with Koon-King.
The paper bowl was discharged later in the nearby recycle-bin.
