Are you treatred as "second class" citizens by the town councils?

Don't let such property officers get away with this.
They are paid to serve ALL residents, even those who CARE about cats!
Get their particulars and complain to "higher authorities"
As care-givers, you are responding to the Government's repeat call to participate in ACTIVE CITIZENRY! Property officers are not used to doing their jobs in more more effective ways as they prefer the old lazy way of killing the cats! So don't make their job easier until they mend their ways!
One avenue to complain against such unprofessional behaviour of property officers is

REACH (reaching everyone for active citizenry@ home – http://www.reach.gov.sg/) is set up in October 2006 as part of the restructuring plans for the Feedback Unit to move beyond gathering public feedback, and to become the lead agency for engaging and connecting with citizens.

With Feedback Unit celebrating its 21st anniversary in 2006, it is timely to set up REACH to engage and reach out to as many Singaporeans and permanent residents as possible. The new unit signifies its renewed commitment to develop and promote an active citizenry through citizen participation and involvement.

REACH invites everyone to come forward and share ideas, and to take upon themselves by working out solution together with the Government to shape the home we want.
