Join the RC to give a bigger voices to the community cats and also to prevent some RC members from abusing their positions by pressuring the town councils for "silly" reasons that range from blaming cats for scratches on their cats" to "simply do not like cats!"
For some reasons, TC officers seem to accord VIP status to RC members and will pander to their every whim and fancy! and tremble in fear when a RC member complains!
Stop this abuse of power!
