Dear ***,

We refer to the posters you have provided but there are no "Dos and Don?t" in the responsible feeding poster. Previously we have arranged for our cleaning contractor to pass responsible feeding educational notices to the cat feeders but the problem persists.

There are some recently taken photograph of irresponsible feeding attached. We also found cat food at Blk 102 carpark dividers where cat feeders left it in the night. The Town Council cannot be putting up responsible feeding posters all over the estate where cat food is found in the estate. NEA has highlighted to us on the containers filled with water left at the estate. Please remind the cat feeders to clear all leftover cat food and drink containers before they leave after the feeding exercise.

The Town Council is requesting that you keep the cat population in this estate to a maximum of not more than 2 cats per block. And we cannot allow the cats population to continue to increase indefinitely.

Please resolve the problem and update us on the action taken. Thank you.

Regards,

A P (MS)
