In Appeal for Fundings to get cats in Marsiling Dr Blk 31-37 sterilized as soon as possible due to complaints by residents to TC

Dear all,

I do not represent any organization and is working on this case closely with Mr Sivam who represents Sembawang TC in regards to the complaints made by residents that there are too many un-neutered cats, making lotsa noise in the middle of the night and dirtying the area.

Made a trip down, spoken to some residents while most are okay with the cats; was further informed that it's not just that estate alone. Just across the road at Blk 203 there are more untipped cats, and more new kittens born. Made a few discovery and documented some of the cats that I had encountered and total of at least 7 adult cats unsterilized 3 kittens. I have not gone to to Blk 203 and is thinking of resolving the urgency at Blk 33-34 first since SBTC placed a notice to inform residents to be responsible else actions will be taken. I do not want the cats to be rounded up, not especially since one of the resident told me just recently they had rounded up alot of cats.

I sincerely appeal to who are staying closeby, to make rounds and communicate with feeders as well as residents, and at the same time those who are able to contribute fundings for them. I am financially constrained with simply a faith, energy and a never say die body to work on it. Thus may required as much support as possible.

The means that I will be taking is to engage CWS sterilization programme, get slots for the cats, and cost for spaying a female cat will be $45 while male at $25. With 15 cats as an aim, and with the fact that there's more female cats, I'd rounded up to roughly $900 in total with transport+boarding.

I will be very transparent about the donations and will scan all receipts and report on my Facebook profile as well as updating my appeals on the various portals. Any $ leftover, will be either be brought forward to sterilizing more cats in Marsiling else to be donated CWS and MettaCats with a 50/50.

If you have any further concerns, enquiries or even advices, please do drop me a mail at jayetng82@gmail.com while from there I may provide HP no. for further follow-up on this case.

Sincerely do hope that kind souls like yourself may be able to lend some support to the desperate cats at Marsiling Dr Zone 1 estate and this mediocre typical citizen who's inexperienced but with a humungous faith and believe that we can save lives regardless of how rich or poor, intelligent or ignorant, kind or vile, we can do something even if it's of a little bit, bit by bit, step by step we can save lives together. However there's the need to have some sense of urgency for this case just in case it boils over the brim and beyond anyone's control.

I am looking forward to your suggestions, contributions and most importantly the cats will be long awaiting your love.

Yours,
jayet & marsiling cats
