Inequality

A significant proportion of public space is allotted for residents who love gardening. Money is spent to build this "little" garden corner and it is under lock and key. The same few people are seen tending to the plants, some of them RC members.

However another group of few residents who love cats are often given little respect by the town councils even though these residents do not ask for any funding.
To be fair, the town councils should acknowledge the "tnrm" volunteering effort of these "cat lovers" residents by allotting "cat feeding" areas so that they will not be at risk of verbal
abuses by residents who hate cats or are ignorant of "trnm" and sometimes even physical abuses with objects thrown down on them.
