Description:
We saw this cat yesterday near the bus stop at Jurong West St71, Blk706, and it's still there today. It has a gold color collar. This afternoon's rain was very heavy. It hid under the bushes and its fur got wet. It looks weaker than yesterday. Please help to find owner of this poor kitty. I'm afraid it's lost or abandoned.
